Hummingbird species from La Selva–Braulio Carrillo corridor on the Caribbean slope of Costa Rica. Hermit hummingbirds mostly have long and/or curved bill (photo 1, 2 and 3 from top-left to right-bottom) whereas non-hermits exhibit a greater variety of bill morphology (photo 4, 5 and 6).
