I am a quantitative biologist in the department of biology at Université de Sherbrooke and I also have an affiliation to the department of mathematics and community health also at Université de Sherbrooke. For my projects in ecology, I am interested at finding new ways to use the increasing amount of data in biodiversity to efficiently described, understand and predict how biological systems change in space and through time. Although I have a keen interest for community- and metacommunity-level problems both at macro and micro-ecological scales, I am also interested in studying population dynamics from a conservation perspective.
Through my work, I also develop software implementing the methods I used and develop to make them accessible to a broader audience.
